1) Check the indoor unit label

Usually on the side panel of the indoor head/air handler or behind a front cover.

2) Look at your install paperwork

Many invoices include model/serial + install date, which matters for warranty start.

3) Call us and we’ll pull it up

If we installed it, we can often identify the equipment from job records.
